it's the same thing, when problems come along with solve with more complexity, and it continues and continues until the complexity is so high it requires the resources of all of the society just to maintain the complexity, now the society becomes incredibly fragile, because if you add any new challenge the society can't deal with it because there's no buffer to deal with it. So in our lives and companies we start we have to be careful for complexity to not get so large so that we can't deal with it." source: video
